Michelle is so excited to join the DeeTox team and serve our community in Chapel Hill! She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and completed graduate degrees at Duke University, Gonzaga University, and John’s Hopkin’s University. She is Board Certified as both a Family Nurse Practioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Michelle began her aesthetics journey training and working with her dear friend and master aesthetic trainer/injector, Erika Barry, in Washington, DC. She is passionate about whole-person wellness, enhancement of natural beauty, and helping patients feel like the best and freshest version of themselves. She loves to learn and bring new knowledge, modalities and options to her patients.

Michelle is originally from the Netherlands and moved to Chapel Hill as a teen. She is a mom to a sweet baby boy, completed yoga teacher training and loves to practice yoga, and loves to travel and experience places and cultures. Lindsey is a Certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (A-GNP-C) that was born and raised right here in Burlington. After graduating from Western Alamance (go Warriors!) she became a licensed cosmetologist, then obtain her Bachelor’s of Science (RN, BSN) degree from UNC-Greensboro, and lastly received her Master’s as an NP from Duke University. She has 14 years in the healthcare industry, with experience in Geriatrics, a variety of surgical specialties and aesthetics.

She loves combining science with beauty, and has a passion for overall wellness. Her goal is to create a warm, trusting environment with a focus on enhancing clients’ natural beauty with non-surgical options.

April is thrilled to serve her hometown community of Alamance County. She is a wife and a mother of two children and she loves to live out the country on her miniature farm, she has a weakness for all fur babies!

April attended Alamance Community College and she graduated with her nursing degree. She has worked as an aesthetic and plastic surgery nurse since 2014 where she also earned an advanced title of Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist. She was also was recently named one of Allergan’s top 10 injectors of NC.
